This is a personal beef of mine. If you are sick, STAY HOME. DO NOT go to work. I don't care that you feel like you're letting your company down, I don't care if you think you're leaving the office understaffed. STAY HOME. Can I emphasize this once more? STAY HOME with your gross snot and hacking cough. Chances are, if you're sick, you won't be of much use anyway, and you're just going to make yourself sicker, or at the least, slow down the healing process. . And, this is the most important part, you will get ME sick. I don't want your germs. STAY HOME.
